Google Chrome

For some reason, Google Chrome can not upload videos on youtube and he displays this message: http://prntscr.com/23c1ue. Tests I and from another computer, but the same problem. Know why that is?

Any addition information you can provide to help us track down the origin of the problem would be greatly appreciated.

For instance, are you using a proxy? Do you have the same issue using an alternative web browser? Does clearing your browser cache help?
