PPA for Haguichi

Hi Stephen,

Will you set up a PPA for haguichi, and do you expect that LogMeIn will release their own gui once Hamachi2 is out of beta.

Hi geometrikal, good questions!

I would love to set up a PPA for Haguichi, but currently it's way too difficult for me... I don't even generate .deb packages the 'official' way but just use checkinstall which traces the installation from the source package and then generates a .deb package automagically. So my hope is for a volunteer who's able to properly 'debianize' Haguichi.

LogMeIn has recently added a GUI to their Mac version, which is still a Beta. So it's possible they'll add one to the Linux version too. But unless they used a cross-platform toolkit, i'm not sure they'll think it's worth the effort. How would you feel about LogMeIn releasing their own Linux GUI?

Wish I could help with the debianizing bit but I have only just compiled my first *nix program a few weeks ago, so I'm not quite there yet. As far as the GUI goes, no real need for it with haguichi I guess. ;)
