Premature ending of hashtags links at umlauts

Hashtags are displayed as links. If you click on them, an additional tab will open with a search for the hashtag.

If the hashtag contains umlauts like e.g. #schützenfest, only the part till the umlaut ("sch") will be linked.
If you click on it, the new tab displays a search only for the cropped part ("sch").
