Do replies on one network (ie twitter) get sent to other networks?

If Alice posts a message on Twitter, and I reply to it using Gwibber, will the @reply be sent to all my networks that have "Send" enabled, or just the network on which the original message was sent?

Would it be reasonable for the latter functionality to be implemented? (if so, I might send over a patch)

Gwibber used to send the reply to all networks but the version in the gwibber-team or gwibber-daily PPAs now send it to the network that the person is on. I am not sure how it reacts if the person is on two networks though and I am not sure at which version this got changed.
