How to change settings

I accidentally set the refresh interval to 0 minutes and now it never refreshes. I was hoping someone could help me fix this.

Open up a terminal and type in gvoice-notifier -help to bring up the settings prompt. (For the record, it appears that passing anything at all into gvoice-notifier through the command prompt will bring this up.)
