Add Rules/Rajout de règles

Bonjour, hello,
                                 i want to know what rules is necessary to add to GUFW.
I have see one differents websites that : incoming deny
                                                                               outcoming deny
53 allow out
25/TCP allow out
143 allow out
20,21/TCP allow out
80/TCP allow out
443/TCP allow out
110 allow out

Is the order of the rules important?
I'm on linux, ubuntu 20.04. I have 1 computer for home.
I speak french languages and i'm beginner.

Bonjour!
If it's for your home, just enable Gufw and it's just that :)
Open ports is if you will have a server, but I think is not your case. Any
outgoing traffic will be opened.
