Add Bitwig UDP ports to known Applications list.

Hi guys as Bitwig has a native Linux version ( And seems to have a lot of Linux users ) and it now has a new feature called "Link", which basically allows sync between various applications.

It is required that UDP port 20808 is allowed access through the firewall for the sync to work properly.

Right now I have applied my own rule allowing traffic to UDP port 20808.

It would be great if you could add Bitwig to your list of known applications.
