block application external traffic

Hi,
I want that an application can make traffic between two devices only in my domestic network and I want that this application have blocked any access to internet.
How can I do?

Hi,
You have to deny all incoming/outgoing traffic and then open that port used
by the applications.

But if I open the port the traffic will go also out of my domestic
network. I want that the traffic of the application remain in the
domestic network.
