Monitor activity to develop rules.

Asked by Dr. Ted

The check boxes for logging currently are misleading because there is a log window where those logs don't ever show up.

There should be a way to make them show up there, because manually checking the log files with another tool is overly complicated.

I'd like the log display to have a checkbox to include traffic that currently only gets logged to disk.
Checking it should read log file data, and unchecking it should hide the log file data.

* Displaying the activity should parse the tail of the log file (development phase 1)
* You should be able to select log entries and use them to build rules (development phase 2)
* Scrolling could trigger reading more than the tail (development phase 3)
* As the log file grows, entries should be added to the end of the log (development phase 4)
* If the last line of the log file is selected, the display should scroll to keep up with the data (development phase 5)

I've seen posts on the web about this being complicated and misunderstood. I think it shouldn't be difficult to start adding at least some, if not all of this functionality into gufw.

Can this be done?
