i need to uninstall linux mint and reinstall with partitioning, how to ?

   I have linux mint installed and previously had that operating system alongside windows 7 professional...the windows seven went into constant repair mode and would not open so i reinstalled linux mint using all 500 gb for installation; i need to restore or uninstall linux in order to reinstall it with windows 7 professional. when i tried to partition in at the reinstallation last time i could not get past the 'file root' query/thanks ron belin

Have you ever considered installing VirtualBox and in VB your Windows 7.

If you are interested get back here with some detailed info about your computer i.e memory size, disk size etc.

I know nothing about Mint, being an Ubuntu user. I am sure Vbox will work on yoyr system as well.

I suggest a google search with keywork "fix mbr". It's just a suggestion I'm not so expert in Win7 :)
