installing gtkpod

Hello. I'm very new at Ubuntu.
I'm trying to get gtkpod on my computer. I have a 8.1 (intrepid) Can i get this on my computer, if so which program would i use?

Use your Terminal and type in here:
sudo apt-get install gtkpod
or use your Package manager Synaptic, find gtkpod, double-click it and hit Apply.
Don't hesitate to ask in case of any trouble...
