GTG0.3.1 crashed

Hi I just had my GTG crashed. below is the traced. Any possible fix is welcome.

Hi nana,
You're getting this error message because the 'Bugzilla' plugin is enabled and the required python module - 'pynotify' isn't installed on your system. Fix this crash by either disabling the plugin or installing the 'pynotify' module.
