File attachments

There currently (appears) to be no support for file attachments in GTG (ie, being able to associate tasks with one or more files for quick opening when looking at that task).

I had a quick stab at implementing this. Editing taskview.py to accept file:// URLs in the same way as http[s]:// URLs allows file to be dragged into a task and create a link that will open automatically with xdg-open.

Is this a useful feature? If so, I would be willing to try and do a proper implementation of it.

that would certainty be useful. Before starting coding, have a look at bug #499797 and make your proposal there.
