How to boot usb in grub

hello,
is it possible to add an option to the grub list to boot from usb, ive try every thing my bios wont give me the option of doing so, so i was looking for an alternitive and the ubuntu forum said that this app was able to do it but i have had no luck.
(im try to boot osx from the usb)

This should be possible by adding a chainloader pointing to your usb partition/device.

You may want to take a look at PLop Boot Manager. It has information on booting from USB with BIOS problems.
