The various text and text-like art. Hide/removable?

Asked by Claes Comly

Thanks for this awesome tool makes rebooting alot more pleasant!. Iv found a nice image got that working, and after some pain, framebuffer at high rez working with nvidia. Anyway my question is there are still some old grub text and text-like art. Like for example the Grub version, lines that form a square, and a half wall of text in the bottom of the screen, id really like to remove most of that. Would be a cool feature i think. Personally id like all that removed, and replaced with a simple, press h for help for example.
love the app, keep up the good work!. So is possible/difficult to remove that text/text-art ?.

This could be solved by creating a graphical boot menu, using themes (not supported by grub customizer yet, but planned - you can try the manual way. Take a look at this guide: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1534689 ).

Can you help with this problem?
