Can not edit an entry in version 3.0.2

Asked by Alan Knepper

I want to edit an entry in the menu and I can hit edit and get the new window for editing. I can also change anything. But when I click OK (choice is OK or Cancel), the edit window closes along with the main window and of course my changes were not saved.

I'm running Linux Mint 12. I have not looked for updates in maybe 6 weeks or so and found both applications and core updates, and of course grub customizer 3.0.2 was one of the many changes. I was fine of 2.x latest version.

Please run

grub-customizer verbose

on the command line and show the output.

See attached text file.
The program opened, and I immediately picked a menu item and clicked
edit, opening the 2nd window then clicked 'OK' and was back to the
command line.

I already reproduced the failure but I want to create a clean fix.
