Graphite

view to graphite through icingaweb2 even if I'm not on the same subnet of the graphite server

how can I set the localhost:8000 enable to see from icingaweb2 interface ,
I can see the graphs ONLY when I'm in the same subnet ,
what shall I add to the apache2 , I guess my current settings are default -> graphite.conf
