How to configure Retention settings for ceres db

How to configure Retention settings

I am using ceres db and using megacarbon settings for my grahite dashboard

1.Can you please let me know how to set retention setting and what is the process to activate the settings
2. How to manager the ceres DB files, how can i maintain the data (archinve, delete old data files)
