Graphite-web empty page

Hello
I'm am getting an empty page with only the black header. all the js files loaded are empty. This was working for last few months, this doesn't seems to work now. Could you please help.

Version:
Graphite-web 0.9.13
Django (1.4.18)

Error in web developer console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: Ext is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: Ext is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: GraphiteBrowser is not defined

I am also facing the same issue. can some one help why graphite is showing empty page
