What's the best tool to feed windows server metrics (CPU, disk, memory (the equivalent of UNIX SAR) into graphite?

We've got our UNIX servers feeding the SAR data into graphite. I want to do the same metrics for the windows servers. anyone know of a good open source tool to do that? Thanks!

Another possibility would be Ganglia - the latest gmetad 3.6.0 includes enhanced UDP-based Carbon connectivity. Could use gmonds or host sflow agents.
