Is there any tutorial about granite?
I have found the API http://valadoc.elementaryos.org/Granite/index.htm but i can't find any tutorial...

I want to start with Vala and Granite!

There is a (heavily in-development) tutorial here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FHF4gXZfBZuOvDBuFPtJuCcaCyjSi-fpZ_-kWj6N4FA/edit?pli=1 if you want to start, but it may be best to wait until they release an official one which documents a stable api.
