Error when trying to open Gourmet Recipe Manager

I have been using Gourmet Recipe Manager for a long time now and never had any problems. But now, from one day to the other it gives me an error when I try to open the recipe manager. I didn't change anything on my notebook as far as I know.
The error says:

cx_Freeze: Phyton error in main script

... and the last line says the following:
OperationalError: (OperationalError) disk I/O error 'PRAGMA table_info ("keylookup")' ()

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Or if not know, how I could save all my files without opening the program before deinstalling the program and installing it again so I don't lose all my recipes?
