How do I add to the cuisine list?

Also the category.

The category and the cuisine both use a widget that lets you either select from a list OR type in an entry. Once you type in an entry for cuisine or category once, it should get added to the list automatically. Are you finding this isn't the case?

Had not tried that - I'm old(school??), so it never occurred to me. I'll try it tonight.
