im unable to change size of icon in tabs

hello
i m totally unable to modify the icon size in tabs
i made a Menu mods but icon are too big and i do not understand how to change them in .xml file

with theme icons it's ok but with systeme icones it's really too big

 by the way im running 2.4 and sometimes randomly the menu appears on right top or bottom, but it supposed to be on top left.

to change the icon size either size the icon itself using an image editor or add IconSize="48" to the xml

in fact you told me already this but, i do not know where to add this Iconsize option

each time it make gnomenu crash i still do not understand what to do exactly

but i gave up for today
