Bring GnoMenu Back

With Unity being gone, can we please look forward to bringing GnoMenu back anytime soon? I don't seem to understand why it can't possibly be used in Lxde, Xfce, or Mate. Avant, Docky, and Cairo Dock are still supported as far as I know. It would be a real shame if we didn't at least try to bring back some of the great eye candy that made a lot of us enjoy Linux.

Agreed and believe me I have not given up. Unfortunately Helder is no longer a part of this project and his development notes are lost. What needs to happen is simple enough really. We need a new Python Developer to come in and take over the project. I have put out some feelers looking for someone to do so but when posting to various boards in that endeavor responses have not been pretty.
