Notification area not at bottom of screen

My notification area is no longer at the bottom of my screen (screenshot: http://imgur.com/Xjywn). I'm not sure what kind of information would be helpful in diagnosing this, but I'll provide anything I can.

It was an extension I had installed called "Panel Settings".
