Why are there only limited project categories available for reporting bugs?

Why are there only limited project categories available when I go to the Launchpad option for reporting bugs?
On the other hand, when I use this "Ask a question" option, all project categories are shown.

I would like to report a couple of bugs associated with the Gnome Desktop and/or Nautilus, but am not sure how.

I just discovered the GNOME Bugzilla site, so I'm guessing bugs for other GNOME Projects can only be reported there.
It would be easier and more convenient if all bugs could just be filed in the one site though.
