About GNU license if i want do modify, but not share modifications

Hello,
if i decide to use Globber, but i want to modify so that it suited my needs, do i have to let source of modifications or additions i made to share with every one?

Cool, i'm modifying my Globber to my needs, in my case i'm translating to my language, so, i guess you can modify, but will be very good for Globber if u share with every one, but if you don't i guess that Tobias has any problem with it!

There we go: I really don't know. Well in the GPL v3 faq I found this:
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLRequireSourcePostedPublic
So you are allowed to make modified copies for internal use, but if you release your version of Globber in some way, you have to release the sourcecode as well under GPL.

Can you help with this problem?
