How to build?

Asked by arno_b

How can I build the extension?
When I run allMakefiles.sh I get:
.: 115: Can't open ./toolkit/toolkit-makefiles.sh

Or where can I download the extension?

The extension is shipped by default if you are running Ubuntu 11.04. If you aren't running that, then you probably don't want to build and use it (it won't work properly in anything older than Ubuntu 11.04)

I'm on ArchLinux, i downloaded from somewhere file toolkit/toolkit-makefiles.sh but i still don't know how to compile that... there's not ./configure script, or premade Makefile. autoconf doesn't works too:

[morsik@vader globalmenu-extension]$ autoconf
build/autoconf/acwinpaths.m4:44: error: defn: undefined macro: AC_OUTPUT_FILES
build/autoconf/acwinpaths.m4:44: the top level
autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1

Please tell how to compile that. I have FX 5.0 and gnome-globalmenu.
