glance,newton,the size of image is 0

  I have created a image instance with a file,and the operation is successful.But the image size is 0.And i check the lacation of the image is correct.The file which was uploaded is not a empty file. The configuration of Glance is correct too;
  Finally,I want to ask why the size is 0 .
