Glance

Not able to create an image

I am trying to execute below:
glance image-create --name "cirros-qcow2" --file ~/images/cirros-0.3.4-x86_64-disk.img --disk-format qcow2 --container-format bare ---progress

Error message:
WARNING: The client is falling back to v1 because the accessing to v2 failed. This behavior will be removed in future versions
[=============================>] 100%
503 Service Unavailable: The server is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time. (HTTP 503)

Can anyone please suggest some solution?

I have tried changing in glance-api.conf and glance-registry.conf alternatively and
 auth_uri to auth_url
username to user-name
(https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/85808/liberty-glance-image-create-returns-http-503-error/)

You have a issue in your configuration. Please add logs to your question to let helpers give you a solution.

Logs are necessary as this is specific to the deployment.
