support for top project images for hierarchical multi-tenancy projects

I was searching for blueprints but could not find anything. For Hierarchical multitenancy (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/keystone/+spec/hierarchical-multitenancy) is there any planned work in glance to have a parent project share certain (or all) private images with all of its child projects? Tag: hierarchical-multitenancy

There is some effort ongoing in Glance, a discussion etherpad is here https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/newton-glance-hierarchical-images . As it's not active document of discussion, so please reach out to the POC for further discussion.
