[Errno 111] Connection refused

hello,everyone:
when I over glance install and config ,and test glance index:
 root@openstack-controller:~# glance index
Failed to show index. Got error:
There was an error connecting to a server
Details: [Errno 111] Connection refused

about config I just change the token
could you help me ?
why this error happen?

Hello,
     glance index --host=x.x.x.x , try it! If the problem occurred again, please paste your glance-api.conf and glance-registry.conf. Do you use keystone?

yes ,I used keystone.but,keystone's log is empty,it not receive glance ask

Please paste glance-api-paste.ini, glance-registry-paste.ini, tenant-list, service list, rule-list, user-list, endpoint-list and keystone.conf.

oh,I restart the system,and remove glance ,renew install config it.
superise! It become nomal.
