Asked by Sangeeth

Hi,

Is there an open parser available for GEXF format files, that can be used or integrated into other tools?

Regards,
Sangeeth

Hi, a parser is available at http://gexf.net/lib/. Libgexf is a dynamic library written in C++ embeddable in programs (MIT license) and provides binding facilities for Python, Perl, Java and PHP. As this software is in early development, please provide us the most feedbacks possible.

Seb

Thanks for the reply.

I am thinking about a graph exploration plugin in eclipse, for which the input is from a GEXF file. So just wondering if there is a Java version of it for easy integration.

Sangeeth

There is a Java binding but not fully tested.

Why don't just join our Netbeans team? A new version will be out *very* soon (screenshot: http://www.netbeans.org/images_www/screenshots/platform/gephi.png).

Can you help with this problem?
