Gephi

how do I set the gephi.sh as runnable?

i downloaded gephi for mac but can't run it. I have Java 1.6 activated. I'm not sure what to do next.

Try

chmod +x gephi.sh

In cuple of hours we release 0.7 version, which has a nice Mac application bundle !
