Genesis Sync

unsuccessful sync with google calendar, memo and todo

Hi. I installed genesis-sync and syncevolution to sync my google account with my ubuntu system (evolution-based). After configuration, the contacts correctly sync, but the calendar, memo and todo don't. The uri seem to be the problem. For calendar, I tried uri "event" and "calendar", none of them work. uri for memo is "memo" and todo is "todo". My question is, what are the correct uri for synchronizing a google account?

Hi!

I'm sorry, but calendar, notes and tasks synchronization are not supported for Google, at least up to version 0.9.1 of SyncEvolution.

Up to SyncEvolution 0.9 we had no way to know if a source (e.x. calendar) were not supported by a SyncML server. However, SyncEvolution 0.9.1 added that feature, and Genesis Sync 0.4.2 doesn't allow to enable sources not supported by a SyncML server; it checkbutton appears disabled.
