in configure stash when i tick show in tray menu it doesn't working so i cannot open my folder also please help me out

i have never uninstalled the app or never wipe out the memory why gnome encfs is not working it does not allowing me to open the folder and i remember password too. when tick the show in tray menu optin in configure stash den also it is not showing... how i can get it back my all documents back.... :'(. the encrypted folder is not showing in the encfs tray.
