Synaptics Clickpad

Will this app be useful in getting full functionality out of synaptics clickpads? I have never been able to click and drag with my clickpad.

GEIS itself won't, since it's an API for toolkits to use for application development.

However, Chase and Henrik (members of the uTouch team) have been working on driver-level support for additional touch features with trackpads.

Can you help with this problem?
