Does configure option --enable-static-boost remvoed from 1.2 bzr?

I pull gearmand from bzr 1.2, and run './bootstrap.sh autoreconf' to generate the configure script.
But I don't find the --enable-static-boost option in it.
Has this option been removed?
Then how to build bzr version with static Boost now?
