Compiler change problems

Asked by Lucian Pop on 2020-01-07

Greetings everyone,

I have installed Eclipse System Workbench for STM32 which defaultly camed with GCC 5.2.1 compiler revision.
It is mandatory for me to change the compiler version from 5.2.1 to 4.5.3 in order to have traceability among other tools that are using same version.

I was able to update the compiler with the revisions present under this website by simply updating the first parameter of the variable PATH.

My problem is that 4.5.3 compiler is NOT available under this website and if I try to use default GCC 4.5.3 compiler I get the following error at link time: "arm-none-eabi-g++: error: nano.specs: No such file or directory
make: *** [F4Test.elf] Error 1"

Can someone please support me?
