Installing toolchain on Ubuntu - need help adding bin folder to PATH

I'm trying to set up an EK-TM4C1294XL Connected Launchpad on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS by following this guide:

https://github.com/uctools/tiva-template

but I'm unsure where to find the correct bin folder to add to my PATH as per the instructions. I followed the instructions
here:

https://launchpad.net/~team-gcc-arm-embedded/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

to install the toolchain.
