Where is zip download on new arm.com site?

I got the message about the move from launchpad.net to arm.com. IMHO disappointing and I'd guess unnecessary.

I went here:
https://developer.arm.com/open-source/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm/downloads

And I could not find the .zip download, only the .exe one. IMHO an .exe package is absurd -- unzip anywhere and done.

Where is the Windows 32-bit .zip download on the new website?

Maybe something changed since you posted but the win32 zip of the tools is on the page that you linked to.

Can you help with this problem?
