GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain

could not find " gcc-arm-none-eabi from ARM " files.

by following the above link for installing the toolchain for my 32 bit linux ubuntu OS. i couldnt find these files :
    gcc-arm-none-eabi=4.9.3.2015q1-0trusty13
    and
    gcc-arm-none-eabi=4.9.3.2015q1-0utopic14
and generates the error saying that couldnt locate these files.
so please kindly help me which type of toolchain would be suitable for me.
as i want to use STM32F4 as USB MP3 player and following this link:
