Hi Era,

I'm not sure what you are asking for here. For the STM32 device documentation you should look at ST Microelectronics's website or maybe have a look at mbed's website: https://developer.mbed.org/teams/ST-Americas-mbed-Team/wiki/Getting-Started-with-mbed-and-the-STM32F

As for the executablse provided with our toolchain, they all have a --help option which will give you more information on how to use them and what different options they have.
