Is there a Getting started guide for setting up this toolchain with startup/linker scripts ? (I'm using STM32F103RBT6))

Anyone know of a Getting started guide for setting up this toolchain with startup/linker scripts ? (I'm using STM32F103RBT6)
I have not had much luck with this before.

Jason, you may find readme.txt in the package helpful.

You could try files from my website - www.freddiechopin.info > download > ARM > examples
These are complete Eclipse project template's with everything you need (Startups, vectors, Makefile, linker, ...). Unfortunately the article about how to setup everything is not in English, but you may want to try some translator - http://www.freddiechopin.info/pl/artykuly/35-arm/59-arm-toolchain-tutorial (it's about codesourcery's toolchain, but you can use linaro the same way - just install coreutils [if you're on Windows]).
