We will have gasp for Python 3 shortly after we have pygame for Python 3.

Still waiting...

same problem with cairo, "No module named cairo".

GASP will not be supported under Python 3 until:

 1) {pygtk, pycairo} is supported under Python 3
 2) Ubuntu, Debian, or Fedora's next release version in development ships Python 3 as default.

You really shouldn't be using Python 3 yet.

Actually, it's only 1) that we are waiting for. As soon as pygtk and
pycairo work with Python 3, we'll make sure gasp works as well.

There's this book "Invent with Python" in which i find some joy, and which requires the use of python 3, Alan Gauld's "Learning to program" has also been updated for it, so i thought why not.

Can you help with this problem?
