Switching Workspaces

Im not sure if i am posting this question in the right place but when i push (windows) + DOWN the workspace switcher pops up and I was wondering where i could start up a blueprint to let click and drag your workspaces to where you would like them. So that you could set the order correctly. I think Gnome has this feature.

The good news is that this feature is planned to be implemented in the next major version of elementary OS. You can follow its progress here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gala/+bug/1052422
