Reassign alt-click window dragging

Asked by Jonathan Bever

Before I started using Elementary OS I would often use alt-click as a shortcut for "save target as" in Google Chrome. Now, whenever I try to use this function on an image or link, I instead get the little black drag hand, and nothing happens in chrome. I can't find any option in switchboard, nor any solution online that is specific to gala. I would like the ability to disable window alt-click window dragging or reassign it to <super>.

The relevant key is at org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences in the dconf-editor, change mouse-button-modifier to "<Super>".

Dconf-editor comes up completely blank. No entries or lower categories.
