Advanced configuration

Hello, I want to know if there's a plan to develop something to configure icons, mouse theme, typography, shortcuts and general behaviour.

I'm thinking in something like Gnome Tweak Tool, Ubuntu Tweak, Pear Linux Tweak, etc. I tried to install gnome tweak tool and something just doesn't work because Pantheon keeps crashing and the desktop forces me to start "Gnome 3".

Maybe it would be easier if we just "adapt" Ubuntu Tweak or other tool to work with elementaryOS, I don't know, something like that.
