Why use KDE?

Asked by kkh

i am glad to see that somebody is working on a gui for zfs on fuse. but why you use kde as base and don´t develop a web interface. because in our server farm i would prefer a gui that i can access via browser. do u have already a running version. i would be glad to test it. best regards

KDE is the desktop I use since long time ago.
I do not know if it is the best one but I started to develop some little applications with the KDE API and, IMHO, it is very complete.

If you want to try Fusible, I recommand to to donwload and compile source code of the branch 1.99. This is the last version. It is not completed, plugins are not compatible with this new version but the basic functions are working well.

Can you help with this problem?
